Upon registration for any category of the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad, in the event of a cancellation for any reason, the registration fee will be promptly refunded within a period of 7-10 working days. Likewise, if a contestant wishes to cancel their registration and has already paid the registration fee for a specific category, the fee will be reimbursed within 7-10 working days.
If you encounter any issues during the registration process, notice any inaccuracies in the provided information, or mistakenly select an incorrect team member, we kindly request that you submit a written complaint to us. While we prioritize email correspondence for such cases, we are also available to assist you through phone calls or Facebook messaging for minor concerns.
In the event that the authorities of the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad cancel a registration for any reason, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days. However, in cases of cancellation, participants will have the opportunity to re-register.
