Theme: FUTURE MARINE CITY BUSAN: INDUSTRY, TOURISM,CULTURE

This year, students born between 2006 and 2017  studying in Bangladeshi educational institutions can participate in the 7th Bangladesh Robot Olympiad 2024.

Category

In the Creative Category competition, participants must work in teams of 1-3 to build a robot based on a specific sub-theme. This robot should practically solve a problem related to that theme. Additionally, teams must submit a written production plan and present the robot's features to the judges.

এটি একটি দলগত প্রতিযোগিতা। প্রতিটি দলে একজন থেকে তিনজন পর্যন্ত সদস্য (Team Member) থাকতে পারে।এই প্রতিযোগিতায় নির্ধারিত থিম এবং সাবথিমের উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি সর্বোচ্চ দুই মিনিটের মুভি ও এক মিনিটের সেলফ কমেন্টারি বানাতে হয়।

এটি একটি দলগত প্রতিযোগিতা। প্রতিটি দলে এক থেকে দুইজন সদস্য থাকতে পারে।এই প্রতিযোগিতায় নির্ধারিত থিম এর উপর নির্ভর করে একটি সিমুলেশন গল্প তৈরি করতে হয় স্ক্র্যাচ অথবা এন্ট্রি সফটওয়্যারে এবং সিমুলেশন গল্পকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে পুরো স্টোরি পরিচালনা করার জন্য এক বা একাধিক কার্যক্ষম ব্যাটারিচালিত রোবট তৈরি করতে হয় – রোবট অবশ্যই থিমের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হতে হবে। 

Bangladesh Robot Olympiad |  BdRO

The Bangladesh Robot Olympiad is a robotics talent discovery platform for students aged 7-18 across Bangladesh. It offers hands-on robotics training, creates resources, and hosts various competitions in all 64 districts. Each year, starting in February, different training activities take place. Registration usually begins in August, and competitions are held in multiple stages from September to October. After the competitions, the Bangladesh team is selected and given advanced training. In January, the selected team participates in the International Robot Olympiad. Since 2018, the Bangladesh team has participated in the International Robot Olympiad every year.
