সাধারণ প্রস্তুতি

প্রতিযোগিতা পরিচিতি (Competition Introduction)

মিশন চ্যালেঞ্জ ক্যাটাগরিতে প্রতিযোগিতার সময় তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে (Instant) একটি অপ্রত্যাশিত মিশন দেয়া হয়। প্রতিযোগীরা একক বা দলগতভাবে (১-৩ জন মিলে) এই অপ্রত্যাশিত মিশন সমাধান করার জন্য অটোনমাস রোবট তৈরি করে।  এই পুরো কাজের জন্য ভেন্যুতে সময় দেয়া হয় মোট ২ ঘণ্টা। এরপর সেই মিশন সমাধান করার জন্য বিচারকের উপস্থিতিতে রোবটটি চালু করে ও রোবট নিজে নিজে সম্পূর্ণ মিশন সমাধান করে।অপ্রত্যাশিত মিশন তাৎক্ষনিক নিজেদের তৈরি করা অটোনমাস রোবট দিয়ে সমাধান করার মাধ্যমে প্রতিযোগীদের প্রবলেম সল্ভিং স্কিল, ক্রিয়েটিভিটি ও প্রযুক্তিগত জ্ঞানকে কাজে লাগিয়ে কোলাবরেটিভ দক্ষতা প্রয়োগের সক্ষমতা যাচাই করা হয়।  প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিতে যাবতীয় যা উপকরণ লাগবে তা প্রতিযোগী দলকেই নিয়ে আসতে হবে। আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ কোন উপকরণ সরবরাহ করবেন না।

[In the Mission Challenge Category, an unexpected mission shall be assigned instantly during the competition. Participants may compete individually or as a team consisting of 1 to 3 members, and must design and build an autonomous robot capable of completing the assigned mission.

A total of 2 hours shall be provided at the venue for completing the entire task. After the construction and programming phase, the robot must be activated in the presence of the judges, and the autonomous robot must independently complete the assigned mission without external intervention.

Through solving an unexpected mission instantly using a self built autonomous robot, this competition evaluates participants’ problem solving ability, creativity, technical knowledge, and their capability to apply collaborative skills effectively in a challenging environment.

Participants must bring all necessary materials and equipment required for the competition. The organizing authority shall not provide any materials, components, or equipment for participation.]

দল গঠন (Team Formation)

এবছর মিশন চ্যালেঞ্জ ক্যাটাগরিতে শ্রেণির ভিত্তিতে ২ টি গ্রুপে প্রতিযোগিতা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এক্ষেত্রে ২০২৬ সালে একজন শিক্ষার্থী সর্বোচ্চ কোন ক্লাসে পড়বে সেটি বিবেচিত হবে। যেমন কোন শিক্ষার্থী যদি ২০২৬ সালের মে মাসে ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থী থাকে, কিন্তু সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে ৭ম শ্রেণিতে পড়ে, তাহলে তাকে অবশ্যই শ্রেণি হিসেবে ৭ম শ্রেণি নির্বাচন করতে হবে। কোন শিক্ষার্থী ভুল শ্রেণি নির্বাচন করে প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিলে এবং পরে সেটি প্রমাণিত হলে সেই শিক্ষার্থীর সকল অর্জন বাতিল করা হবে।
[This year, the Mission Challenge Category competition will be conducted in two separate groups based on grade level. In this case, the highest grade a student will attend during 2026 will be considered for eligibility.
For example, if a student is studying in Grade 6 in May 2026 but will be promoted to Class 7 by September 2026, the student must select Class 7 as their grade level for the competition.
If any participant takes part in the competition by selecting an incorrect grade level, and the violation is later proven, all achievements and results of that participant will be cancelled.]

শ্রেণি/গ্রেডগ্রুপ
১ম থেকে ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণি (Grade 1–6)জুনিয়র (Junior)
৭ম থেকে ১২শ শ্রেণি (Grade 7–12)সিনিয়র (Senior)

যারা ২০২৬ সালে এইচএসসি বা এ লেভেল (A2) বা সমমানের পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিচ্ছে তারা অংশ নিতে পারবে না। [Students who are appearing in the HSC, A Level (A2), or equivalent examinations in 2026 will not be eligible to participate.]

মিশন চ্যালেঞ্জ ক্যাটাগরিতে একটি দলে একজন থেকে সর্বোচ্চ তিনজন পর্যন্ত সদস্য থাকতে পারে। তবে এক্ষেত্রে একটি দলের সকল সদস্যকে একই গ্রুপের হতে হবে। যেমন – একই দলের সবাই জুনিয়র গ্রুপের হতে পারবে (দলের সবাই ১ম থেকে ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থী)। কিন্তু একই দলে একজন সিনিয়র ও আরেকজন জুনিয়র একসাথে অংশ নিতে পারবে না। কেউ চাইলে এককভাবেও (Individual Participation) একটি দল গঠন করতে পারবে। 

[In the Mission Challenge Category, a team may consist of a minimum of one member and a maximum of three members. However, all members of a team must belong to the same group. For example, all members of a team may belong to the Junior Group, meaning all team members must be students from Class 1 to Class 6. A team cannot include both Junior and Senior group participants. Participants may also compete individually by forming a single member team.]

রেজিস্ট্রেশন (Registration)

আইআরও বাংলাদেশ ওপেন ২০২৬ এর রেজিস্ট্রেশন চলা অবস্থায় প্রথমে এই ওয়েবসাইট থেকে নির্ধারিত রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্ম যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় দলের প্রত্যেক সদস্যের শ্রেণির প্রমাণপত্র হিসেবে স্কুল/ কলেজের আইডি কার্ড (শ্রেণি মেনশন থাকতে হবে) বা বেতনের স্লিপ বা রেজাল্ট কার্ডের সফট কপি জমা দিতে হবে। এই ডকুমেন্টে অবশ্যই ডকুমেন্টটি কোন তারিখে ইস্যু করা হয়েছে সেটি উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশনের আগে যথাযথভাবে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের যাবতীয় নিয়মকানুন পড়ে নিয়ে সম্মত হলে তারপর রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। একটি দল সকল নিয়ম যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করলে দলটির নিবন্ধন গৃহীত (Accepted) হবে। এরপর নিজেদের দলের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা একাউন্টে লগইন করলে তখন ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে পেমেন্ট করে নির্দিষ্ট ক্যাটাগরির রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে। উল্লেখ্য, প্রত্যেক ক্যাটাগরির জন্য প্রথমে অনলাইন প্রাথমিক বাছাই পর্বে সকল রেজিস্ট্রেশনকারী দল নির্দিষ্ট ফি প্রদান করবে। এরপর যেসব দল বাংলাদেশ পর্বের জন্য নির্বাচিত হবে, বাংলাদেশ পর্বের জন্য প্রত্যেক দলকে ওই পর্বের নির্ধারিত ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। বিভিন্ন পর্বের নির্ধারিত ফি রেজিস্ট্রেশন চালু হলে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
অনলাইন পর্বে অংশগ্রহণকারী সকল শিক্ষার্থী ডিজিটাল সার্টিফিকেট পাবে। অনলাইন পর্ব থেকে বাংলাদেশ পর্বে নির্বাচিত হবার জন্য পৃথক কোন সম্মাননা নেই। বাংলাদেশ পর্বে উপস্থিত হওয়া সকল শিক্ষার্থী অংশগ্রহণকারী সার্টিফিকেট পাবে। বাংলাদেশ পর্বের বিজয়ী সকল শিক্ষার্থী মেডেল ও এচিভমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেট সার্টিফিকেট পাবে। বাংলাদেশ পর্বের বিজয়ী শিক্ষার্থীরা আন্তর্জাতিক দল নির্বাচনী ক্যাম্পে অংশ নিবে এবং সেখানেও নির্ধারিত রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি থাকবে। এই ক্যাম্প থেকে চূড়ান্ত বাছাই শেষে বাংলাদেশ দল গঠন করা হবে। বাংলাদেশ দলের প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থী আন্তর্জাতিক রোবট অলিম্পিয়াডে অংশগ্রহণের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি, বিমান ভাড়া, ভিসা ফি এবং অলিম্পিয়াড ম্যানেজমেন্ট ফি নিজে বহন করবে।
তবে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে, বাংলাদেশ পর্বের একই দিনে একাধিক ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগিতা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এজন্য শিক্ষার্থী কোন কোন ক্যাটাগরিতে অংশ নিবে তা বিস্তারিত শিডিউল জেনে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করতে বলা হচ্ছে। রেজিস্ট্রেশন চালু হলে বিস্তারিত শিডিউল ঘোষণা করা হবে।
[During the registration period for the IRO Bangladesh Open 2026, participants must first properly complete the designated registration form through this website. At the time of registration, each team member must submit a soft copy of a valid proof of grade level, such as a school or college ID card with the class clearly mentioned, a tuition payment slip, or a result card. The submitted document must clearly mention the date on which it was issued. Before completing registration, participants are required to carefully read and agree to all registration rules and regulations. A team’s registration will be accepted only after all required conditions and regulations have been properly fulfilled. Once a team’s registration is accepted, participants may log in to their registered account and complete payment for the selected category through the dashboard. It should be noted that for every category, all registered teams must first pay the designated fee for the online preliminary selection round. Teams selected for the Bangladesh Round will then be required to pay a separate fee for participation in that round. The registration fees for different stages of the competition will be announced when registration officially opens.
All students participating in the online round will receive digital certificates. There will be no separate award or recognition for being selected from the online round to the Bangladesh Round. All students attending the Bangladesh Round will receive participation certificates. Winners of the Bangladesh Round will receive medals and achievement certificates. The winners of the Bangladesh Round will participate in the International Team Selection Camp, which will also require a separate registration fee. After the final selection process at the camp, the Bangladesh Team will be formed. Each member of the Bangladesh Team must bear their own expenses for participation in the International Robot Olympiad, including registration fees, airfare, visa fees, and Olympiad management fees.
Participants should also note that multiple category competitions in the Bangladesh Round may take place on the same day. Therefore, students are advised to review the detailed schedule carefully before deciding which categories to participate in. The detailed schedule will be announced when registration opens.]

প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ (Participation in the competition)

এইবছর মিশন চ্যালেঞ্জ ক্যাটাগরি নিম্নোক্ত ধাপসমূহে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে [This year, the Mission Challenge Category will be conducted in the following stages-]

  • অনলাইন বাছাই পর্ব - রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা সকল দলকে নিয়ে প্রথমে একটি অনলাইন বাছাই পর্ব অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সকল ক্যাটাগরির অনলাইন প্রাথমিক বাছাই পর্ব নির্ধারিত গুগল ফর্মে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ২ দিনব্যাপী (৩৬ ঘণ্টা)। অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বে অংশ নেয়া বাধ্যতামূলক। এই পর্ব থেকে নির্বাচিত দলসমূহ বাংলাদেশ পর্বে অংশ নিবে। অনলাইন পর্বে যথাযথ সময়ের মধ্যে অবশ্যই সকল ডকুমেন্ট সাবমিশন করতে হবে। সেজন্য প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগী দলকে পর্যাপ্ত সময় হাতে নিয়ে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং ফাইল সাবমিশনের জন্য ১-২ ঘণ্টা সময় রেখে সাবমিশন শুরু করা উচিত।
    [Online Selection Round – An initial online selection round will be conducted with all registered teams. The preliminary online selection round for all categories will take place through a designated Google Form over a period of two days (36 hours). Participation in the online selection round is mandatory. Teams selected from this stage will advance to the Bangladesh Round. All required documents must be submitted within the specified time during the online round. Therefore, each participating team is advised to manage sufficient time in advance. It is recommended to complete preparation early and begin submission while keeping at least 1–2 hours in hand before the deadline.]

  • বাংলাদেশ পর্ব - অনলাইন বাছাই পর্ব থেকে নির্বাচিত সেরা দলদের নিয়ে পরবর্তীতে বাংলাদেশ পর্ব অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। বাংলাদেশ পর্বে অংশগ্রহণকারী দলগুলোর আরও বিস্তারিত ইভালুয়েশনের মাধ্যমে বিজয়ী দলসমূহ নির্বাচিত হবে। বিজয়ী দলসমুহ এচিভমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেট ও মেডেল অর্জন করবে এবং পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে আন্তর্জাতিক দল নির্বাচনী ক্যাম্পে অংশগ্রহণ করবে। উল্লেখ্য আন্তর্জাতিক দল নির্বাচনী ক্যাম্পের জন্য একটি নির্দিষ্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি থাকবে। এই ক্যাম্পে প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারীর ইভালুয়েশন হবে ও নিজস্ব যোগ্যতা যাচাই বাছাই করা হবে। ক্যাম্পে যেসকল অংশগ্রহণকারী সর্বোচ্চ যোগ্যতা প্রদর্শন করতে পারবে শুধুমাত্র তারা আন্তর্জাতিক রোবট অলিম্পিয়াডে অংশ নেবার জন্য নির্বাচিত হবে। আন্তর্জাতিক রোবট অলিম্পিয়াডে নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীদের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি, এয়ার ফেয়ার এবং নির্ধারিত এডমিনিস্ট্রেটিভ ফি নিজেকে বহন করতে হবে।
    [Bangladesh Round – The Bangladesh Round will be held with the top teams selected from the online selection round. In this stage, a more detailed evaluation of the participating teams will be conducted to determine the winning teams. The winning teams will receive achievement certificates and medals and will advance to the International Team Selection Camp. It is noted that the International Team Selection Camp will require a separate registration fee. In this camp, each participant will be evaluated and their individual competencies will be assessed. Only those participants who demonstrate the highest level of performance and qualification will be selected to represent Bangladesh at the International Robot Olympiad. Students selected for the International Robot Olympiad will be required to bear their own expenses, including the registration fee, airfare, and the designated administrative fee.]

অনলাইন বাছাই পর্ব (Online Selection Round)

অনলাইন বাছাই পর্ব নির্ধারিত সময়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ও একটি গুগল ফর্মের মাধ্যমে সাবমিশন করতে হবে। গুগল ফর্মটি ২ দিন (৩৬ ঘণ্টা) খোলা থাকবে। অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বে নির্দিষ্ট কোন মিশন অনলাইনেই দেয়া হবে ও সেই অনুযায়ী ওই সময়ের মধ্যে মিশনটি সমাধান করতে রোবট তৈরি করতে হবে ও সেই মিশন রোবট কীভাবে সমাধান করছে তার ভিডিও তৈরি করে ও রোবটের কোডসহ গুগল ফর্মে থাকা যাবতীয় প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদান করে সাবমিট করতে হবে। 
[The Online Selection Round shall be conducted within a designated time period, and submissions must be made through a Google Form. The Google Form will remain open for 2 days (36 hours).

During the Online Selection Round, a specific mission will be announced online, and participants must design and build a robot capable of solving the assigned mission within the provided time period. Participants must record a demonstration video showing how the robot successfully completes the mission and submit the video through the Google Form.

In addition, participants must submit the robot’s programming code along with providing answers to all required questions included in the Google Form. Only submissions completed within the specified submission period shall be considered for evaluation.]

অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বে যেসকল সম্ভাব্য টাস্ক থাকতে পারে [The possible tasks in the online selection round may include the following] –

  • ক) মিশন চ্যালেঞ্জ ক্যাটাগরির জন্য অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বের মিশন অনুসরণ করে নিজেদের দলের তৈরি করা একটি রোবটের হাতে আঁকা ডায়াগ্রাম এবং ক্যামেরায় তোলা ছবি তুলে সাবমিশন
    (a) Submission of a hand drawn diagram and a camera captured photograph of the robot built by the team in accordance with the mission assigned for the Online Selection Round of the Mission Challenge Category.

  • খ) উক্ত রোবটের সকল হার্ডওয়্যার ও প্রোগ্রাম করতে ব্যবহৃত সফটওয়্যারের তালিকা
    (b) A complete list of all hardware components used in the robot, as well as the software used for programming.

  • গ) ফর্মে প্রদত্ত মিশন অনুসরণ করে নিজেদের রোবটের সম্ভাব্য ফিচারগুলোর তালিকা
    (c) A list of the proposed features of the robot developed by the team in accordance with the Mission provided in the form.

  • ঘ) নিজেদের রোবট তৈরিতে মোট খরচের সম্ভাব্য পরিমাণের বিবরণ
    (d) A detailed estimate of the total cost incurred in building the robot.

  • ঙ) রোবটের বিস্তারিত কোড
    (e) Detail code of the robot

এছাড়াও আরও একাধিক সারপ্রাইজ টাস্ক গুগল ফর্মে উল্লেখ থাকতে পারে। ফর্মে নির্ধারিত নির্দিষ্ট টাস্কসমূহ সম্পন্ন করে সাবমিট করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে যাবতীয় কাজ ইংরেজি ভাষা ব্যবহার করে করতে হবে। অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বে অংশ নেয়া সব দলের টাস্কসমূহ যাচাই করে তাদের মধ্য থেকে যেসব দল নির্বাচিত হবে তাদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং শুধুমাত্র তারাই বাংলাদেশ পর্বে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। উল্লেখ্য, যথাযথ সময়ের মধ্যে অনলাইন বাছাই পর্বে অংশগ্রহণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক। কোন প্রতিযোগী দল নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে অংশ নিতে না পারলে বাড়তি সময় প্রাপ্তির কোন সুযোগ নেই।
[In addition, there may be multiple surprise tasks included in the Google Form. Participants must complete all specified tasks in the form and submit their responses accordingly. All work must be completed using the English language. In the online selection round, all submitted tasks from participating teams will be evaluated, and a list of selected teams will be published based on their performance. Only these selected teams will be eligible to participate in the Bangladesh Round. It is mandatory to participate in the online selection round within the given time frame. If any team fails to participate within the specified time, no extension or additional opportunity will be provided.]

রোবটের ধরণ (Robot Type)

  • ক) রোবটটি যেকোনো হার্ডওয়্যার, সেন্সর, মোটর ইত্যাদি দিয়ে তৈরি করা যাবে। প্রতিযোগিতার সময় সম্পূর্ণ রোবট হাতেকলমে তৈরি করতে হয়। তবে এমন কোন উপকরণ দিয়ে রোবট তৈরি করা যাবে না, যেটি ম্যালফাংশন করলে মানুষের ক্ষতি হবার সমূহ সম্ভাবনা থাকবে। যদি মিশনে কোন নির্দিষ্ট উপকরণ ব্যবহার সীমিত করতে বলা হয় তবে সেটা অবশ্যই মেনে রোবট তৈরি করতে হবে। (যেমন - মোটর সংখ্যা নির্দিষ্ট করে দেয়া হল।) রোবট তৈরির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় যাবতীয় উপকরণ এক্ষেত্রে প্রতিযোগী দলকেই সাথে আনতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য, ভেন্যুতে প্রবেশ করার পর নতুন করে আর কোন উপকরণ বাইরে থেকে নিয়ে আসার কোন সুযোগ নেই।
    [a) The robot may be constructed using any type of hardware components, sensors, motors, and related materials. The entire robot must be physically built by the participants during the competition period at the venue. However, no component, material, or device may be used if its malfunction creates a significant risk of causing harm, injury, or safety hazards to people. If the assigned mission includes any specific restrictions regarding the use of certain components, participants must strictly follow those restrictions while designing and building the robot. For example, if a fixed number of motors is specified in the mission requirements, participants must comply with that limitation. Participants must bring all materials, components, and equipment necessary for building the robot. It should be noted that once participants enter the competition venue, no additional materials or equipment may be brought in from outside under any circumstances.]

  • খ) রোবটটি প্রোগ্রামিং করতে যেকোনো অফলাইন প্রোগ্রামিং সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করা যাবে, যেই সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে ভাইব কোডিং বা অটোমেটিক কোড কমপ্লিট করা যায় না। প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নেবার আগে রোবটের কোন কোড তৈরি করে নিয়ে আসা যাবে না। ভেন্যুতে ল্যাপটপ ও মোবাইল (প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে) যাচাই করে দেখা হবে কোন কোড ফাইল বিদ্যমান আছে কি না। ইলেক্ট্রনিক ডিভাইসে কোন কোড ফাইল পাওয়া গেলে সেটি ডিলেট না করা পর্যন্ত ভেন্যুতে কাজ শুরু করার ক্লিয়ারেন্স পাওয়া যাবে না। যাবতীয় কোড ভেন্যুতে/ প্রতিযোগিতার সময় মিশন পাবার পর তাৎক্ষনিক (Instant) তৈরি করতে হবে। আগে থেকে কোড বা ফাংশন তৈরি করে রাখার প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে দলটি ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (disqualified) হয়ে যাবে। এআই বা এআই টুলস বা এপিআই ব্যবহার করে যেকোনো কোড বা টেক্সট জেনারেট করা (অনলাইন ও অফলাইন উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই) সম্পূর্ণরুপে নিষিদ্ধ। যেকোনো প্রতিযোগী দল কোন কোড বা টেক্সট বা অন্যকিছু জেনারেট করার জন্য এমন কোন সফটওয়্যার বা টুলস ব্যবহার করছে প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে ভেন্যুতে তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে দলটিকে ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড ঘোষণা করা হবে। এরকম সকল টুলস ইলেক্ট্রনিক ডিভাইসে রাখাও নিষিদ্ধ।
    [b) Any offline programming software may be used for programming the robot, provided that the software does not include features that enable vibe coding, automatic code completion, or any similar automated code generation capabilities. Participating teams are strictly prohibited from preparing or bringing any prewritten code prior to the competition. Before the competition begins, laptops and mobile devices, where applicable, will be inspected at the venue to verify whether any code files are stored on the devices. If any code files are found on an electronic device, the team will not receive clearance to begin work until such files have been permanently deleted. All programming code must be developed instantly at the venue during the competition and only after the assigned mission has been announced. If any evidence is found that a team has prepared code, functions, or reusable programming materials in advance, the team shall be immediately disqualified. The use of Artificial Intelligence, AI based tools, or APIs for generating any code, text, or other content is strictly prohibited under all circumstances, whether online or offline. If any participating team is found to be using any software, application, or tool for generating code, text, or any other form of content through such methods, the team shall be immediately disqualified at the venue. The possession, installation, or storage of any such software, applications, or tools on any electronic device brought to the venue is also strictly prohibited. If any such prohibited tools are found on a participant’s device during inspection or at any point during the competition, the team shall be subject to immediate disqualification.]

  • গ) রোবটটি অবশ্যই ব্যাটারিচালিত (Battery Operated) হতে হবে ও যেকোনো ব্যাটারি রোবটে ব্যবহার করা যাবে। রোবটের পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই সিস্টেম সরাসরি রোবটে যুক্ত থাকবে, কোন কম্পিউটার বা অন্য কিছুর উপর নির্ভরশীল হবে না। তবে যেকোনো দহন ইঞ্জিন (combustion engine) অর্থাৎ এমন কোন ইঞ্জিন যা জ্বালানি (যেমন পেট্রোল, ডিজেল, গ্যাস ইত্যাদি) পুড়িয়ে শক্তি উৎপন্ন করে, এবং সেই শক্তিকে যান্ত্রিক শক্তিতে রূপান্তর করে রোবটকে চালানো হয় - এমন ইঞ্জিনের ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। ব্যাটারি ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্ক থাকতে হবে, ব্যাটারির ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে ভেন্যুতে কোন দুর্ঘটনা ঘটলে টার সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার প্রতিযোগী দলকে গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
    [c) The robot must be fully battery operated, and any type of battery may be used for powering the robot. The power supply system must be directly integrated with the robot and shall not depend on any external computer, device, or other external power source for its operation. However, the use of any combustion engine is strictly prohibited. This includes any engine that generates energy by burning fuel, including but not limited to petrol, diesel, gas, or similar combustible substances, and converts that energy into mechanical power for operating the robot. The use of any such engine in any form is strictly forbidden. Participating teams must exercise proper caution while using batteries and ensure safe handling at all times. In the event of any accident, damage, or safety incident at the venue resulting from improper battery usage, the participating team shall bear full responsibility for the consequences.]

  • ঘ) ভেন্যুতে মিশন পাবার পর রোবট তৈরি ও নির্দিষ্ট ফিল্ডে রোবটের প্র্যাকটিস করার জন্য সর্বমোট ২ ঘণ্টা সময় পাওয়া যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে একজন প্রতিযোগী লাইনে দাঁড়িয়ে পর্যায়ক্রমে এই নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে যতবার খুশি ফিল্ডে প্র্যাকটিস করে আসতে পারবে।
    [d) After receiving the assigned mission at the venue, participants shall be given a total of 2 hours to build the robot and practice operating the robot on the designated field. During this allocated time, one team member may stand in line and access the field as many times as necessary, on a turn by turn basis, in order to test and practice the robot before the final evaluation.]

  • ঙ) রোবটের সাইজ সর্বোচ্চ প্রস্থ × দৈর্ঘ্য = ১৮ সেন্টিমিটার × ২২ সেন্টিমিটার হতে পারবে। প্রতিযোগিতা চলা অবস্থায় রেফারি একাধিকবার প্রতিযোগীদের রোবটের সাইজ মেপে দেখবেন। কোন কারণে বিচারকের সামনে রোবটের সাইজ এই নির্দিষ্ট সীমার চেয়ে বেশি হলে ওই দলটি তৎক্ষণাৎ ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড হয়ে যাবে। অপরদিকে মিশনের জন্য ফিল্ডের সাইজ পূর্বনির্ধারিত নয়। ভেন্যুতে আসার পর ফিল্ডের বিস্তারিত জানা যাবে।
    [e) The maximum permitted size of the robot shall be 18 centimeters × 22 centimeters (Width × Length). During the competition, the referee may measure the dimensions of participants’ robots multiple times at any stage of the event. If, for any reason, the robot exceeds the specified size limit during inspection in front of the judges or referees, the team shall be immediately disqualified from the competition. On the other hand, the size and design of the mission field shall not be predetermined. Detailed information regarding the field setup will only be disclosed after participants arrive at the competition venue.]

  • চ) প্রতিযোগিতার শুরুতে পুরো রোবটের সকল পার্টস বা উপকরণ সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা (disassembled) অবস্থায় রাখতে হবে। তারপর প্রদত্ত নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে (২ ঘণ্টা) পুরো রোবটটি বানাতে হবে। ২ ঘণ্টার পর রোবটের সাইজ নির্দিষ্ট সীমার বেশি হলে শুধুমাত্র তখন ১ মিনিট সময় দেয়া হবে রোবটের হার্ডওয়্যার মডিফিকেশন করে সাইজ ঠিক করার জন্য। এরপর বিচারকের সামনে ফিল্ডে রোবট চালু করা ছাড়া অন্য কোন কারণে রোবট আর স্পর্শ করা যাবে না। রোবটের একটি ডিভাইস বা পার্টস (রোবট বানাতে ব্যবহার করা হবে এমন যে কোনকিছু) আরেকটি ডিভাইসের বা পার্টসের সাথে কোনপ্রকার আঠা, গ্লু, স্ক্রু - নাট, তার ইত্যাদি দিয়ে লাগিয়ে রাখা যাবে না আগে থেকে। পাশাপাশি ঝালাই (soldering) কিংবা ঢালাই (welding) করেও রাখা যাবে না। কেউ রোবটের বডি পার্টস থ্রিডি প্রিন্ট করে আনতে চাইলেও এমনভাবে কম্পোনেন্ট থ্রিডি প্রিন্ট করে আনতে হবে যেন সম্পূর্ণ চেসিস একটি থ্রিডি প্রিন্ট করা পার্ট না হয়। চেসিসের বিভিন্ন অংশ আলাদা আলাদা ছোট আকারে থ্রিডি প্রিন্ট করে স্ক্রু বা তার যুক্ত না করে আনা যাবে। কিন্তু আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ যদি যাচাই করে দেখেন থ্রিডি প্রিন্ট করা অংশটি সাইজে বেশ বড় ও একসাথে অনেক অংশ প্রিন্ট করে আনা হয়েছে, তাহলে সেটি ব্যবহার করাএর অনুমতি পাওয়া যাবে না। একইভাবে নিজের কোন ডিজাইন করা পিসিবি প্রিন্ট করার ক্ষেত্রেও পিসিবি বোর্ডের মধ্যে কোন ইলেক্ট্রনিক উপকরণ আগে থেকে সংযুক্ত থাকতে পারবে না, সম্পূর্ণ সোলডারিং ভেন্যুতে করতে হবে। তবে যেসকল কম্পোনেন্ট বাজারে স্বীকৃত আন্তর্জাতিক কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের তৈরি রেডিমেড অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায় (অর্থাৎ পিসিবি প্রিন্ট করে রাখা হয়েছে কোনপ্রকার তারের সংস্পর্শ ছাড়া) সেগুলো সরাসরি ব্যবহার করা যাবে ডিসোলডার না করেই। যেমন- আরডুইনো বোর্ড, শিল্ড ইত্যাদি। কিন্তু এসকল ডিভাইসেও আঠা, গ্লু, স্ক্রু - নাট, তার আগে থেকে লাগিয়ে রাখা যাবে না। কয়েকজন দায়িত্বশীল ভলান্টিয়ার প্রতিযোগিতা শুরু হবার আগেই চেকিং এর মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করবেন রোবটের সকল অংশ সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা বা disassembled অবস্থায় আছে কি না। একটি দলের সব পার্টস আলাদা (disassembled) অবস্থায় না থাকলে তাদেরকে প্রতিযোগিতা শুরু হয়ে গেলেও রোবট বানানোর অনুমতি দেয়া হবে না।
    [f) At the beginning of the competition, all parts, components, and materials of the robot must remain in a completely disassembled state. The entire robot must then be assembled within the allocated competition time of 2 hours. After the 2 hour build period has ended, if the robot exceeds the specified size limitation, the team shall be given only 1 additional minute exclusively for hardware modification in order to adjust the robot size within the permitted limit. After this period, participants shall not be allowed to touch or modify the robot for any reason other than activating the robot on the field in front of the judges. No device, component, or part of the robot, including anything intended to be used in building the robot, may be pre attached to another component using glue, adhesive, screws, nuts, wires, or any other fastening mechanism prior to the start of the competition. Similarly, pre completed soldering or welding of parts before the competition is strictly prohibited. If participants intend to bring 3D printed robot body parts, the components must be designed in such a way that the entire chassis is not brought as one complete pre printed structure. Separate smaller chassis components may be brought in 3D printed form, provided that these parts are not connected beforehand using screws, wires, or any fastening mechanism. However, if the organizing authority determines that a 3D printed component is excessively large or combines multiple structural sections into a nearly complete assembled body, permission to use that component shall be denied. The same principle applies to custom designed printed circuit boards (PCB). If a team manufactures its own PCB, no electronic components may be pre attached to the board in advance, and all soldering work must be completed entirely at the competition venue. However, commercially manufactured ready made components produced by internationally recognized manufacturers, where the PCB is sold in standard pre assembled form without additional external wiring modifications, may be used directly without desoldering. Examples include Arduino boards, shields, and similar commercially available development boards. Even in such cases, no glue, adhesive, screws, nuts, or additional wires may be pre attached beforehand. Before the competition officially begins, designated volunteers shall inspect all participating teams to verify that every robot component remains completely disassembled. If a team fails this inspection and all robot parts are not found in a fully disassembled condition, the team shall not be permitted to begin robot construction even after the competition has officially started.]

  • ছ) এই ক্যাটাগরিতে রোবট কোনভাবে ম্যানুয়ালি কন্ট্রোল করা যাবে না। এমন কর্মকাণ্ডের প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে দলটি ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড হয়ে যাবে। ফিল্ডে রোবট অবশ্যই অটোনমাস চলতে হবে মিশন সমাধান করার জন্য।
    [g) In this category, manual control of the robot is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. If any evidence is found that a team has manually controlled the robot in any manner, the team shall be immediately disqualified from the competition. The robot must operate fully autonomously on the competition field and complete the assigned mission independently without any form of external control or human intervention.]

  • জ) যেহেতু এই ক্যাটাগরিতে রোবট ম্যানুয়ালি কন্ট্রোল করার সুযোগ নেই, তাই সকল প্রকার রিমোট কন্ট্রোলার, ব্লুটুথ, ওয়াইফাই, মোবাইল ইত্যাদি ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
    [h) As manual control of the robot is not permitted in this category, the use of any form of remote control system or external control device is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, remote controllers, Bluetooth communication, Wi Fi connectivity, mobile devices, and any other similar wireless or external control methods.]

  • ঝ) কোনরকম ইন্টারনেট, ওয়াইফাই, হটস্পট তৈরি করার মাধ্যমে রোবট নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার সুযোগ নেই। রোবটের একটি পার্টস অন্য একটি পার্টসের সাথে কমিউনিকেশনের ক্ষেত্রেও একই নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য। এছাড়াও ভেন্যুতে এই সার্ভিসগুলোর ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। কোন দল এই সার্ভিসগুলো যেকোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করতে গেলে ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (Disqualified) হয়ে যাবে।
    [i) The use of Internet, Wi Fi, hotspot creation, or any similar network based communication system for controlling the robot is strictly prohibited. The same restriction shall apply to communication between one part of the robot and another part of the robot. In addition, the use of these services in any form within the competition venue is completely prohibited. If any participating team is found using Internet, Wi Fi, hotspot, or any similar communication service for any purpose whatsoever, the team shall be immediately disqualified from the competition.]

  • ঞ) রোবটকে কোড করার ক্ষেত্রেও একইভাবে কোন অনলাইন মাধ্যম বা অনলাইন নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। উদাহরণস্বরূপ রাস্পবেরি পাইকে কোন ভার্চুয়াল অনলাইন নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত করে কোড করা যাবে না।
    [j) No online platform, online service, or online network may be used for programming, coding, or uploading code to the robot under any circumstances. All programming activities must be carried out entirely through offline methods during the competition. For example, devices such as Raspberry Pi may not be connected to any virtual online network, cloud based environment, or any other internet dependent platform for the purpose of programming, code execution, or system operation during the competition.]

  • ট) যেসকল ডেভেলপমেন্ট বোর্ডে ইন্টারনেট বা ওয়াইফাই ব্যবহারের সুবিধা আছে সেগুলো ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে যেন প্রতিযোগিতা চলাকালীন সময়ে এই বোর্ডের কোন ইন্টারনেট ফিচার ব্যবহার করা না হয়। এরকম ব্যবহারের প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে দলটি সরাসরি ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (disqualified) ঘোষিত হবে।
    [k) Special caution must be exercised when using development boards that include built in Internet or Wi Fi connectivity features. Participating teams must ensure that no Internet based or Wi Fi enabled functionality of such boards is used at any time during the competition. If any evidence is found that a team has used Internet connectivity, Wi Fi features, or any related online functionality available on such development boards during the competition, the team shall be immediately declared disqualified.]

  • ঠ) রোবট তৈরি ও ফিল্ডে প্র্যাকটিসের জন্য প্রদত্ত ২ ঘণ্টা সময় শেষ হবার পর রোবটের কোড বা প্রোগ্রাম মডিফাই করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
    [l) After the allocated 2 hour period for robot construction and field practice has ended, any modification, editing, or alteration of the robot’s code or programming shall be strictly prohibited.]

  • ড) অন্য কোন দলের সমস্যা হয় এমনভাবে প্রতিযোগিতাস্থলে কাজ করা যাবে না। অন্য দলের কোনকিছু স্পর্শ করাও সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। প্রতিযোগিতার সময় আয়োজক ও নিজেদের দলের সদস্য ছাড়া অন্য প্রতিযোগী বা কারও সাথে যোগাযোগ করা বা কথা বলা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। প্রতিযোগিতাস্থলে শুধুমাত্র প্রতিযোগীরা প্রবেশ করতে পারবে। কোন দলের সাথে অন্য কেউ প্রতিযোগিতাস্থলে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করলে বা যোগাযোগ করার চেষ্টা করলে কিংবা একটি দল অন্য দলের কোন উপকরণ স্পর্শ করলে বা অন্য দলের রোবট চালানোর চেষ্টা করলে সেই দলটি প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (Disqualified) হয়ে যাবে।
    [m) Participating teams must conduct all competition activities in a manner that does not create any disturbance, obstruction, or disadvantage for other teams. Touching, handling, or interfering with any equipment, materials, or property belonging to another team is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. During the competition, participants are strictly prohibited from communicating or interacting with anyone other than the event organizers and members of their own team. Communication with participants from other teams or with any external individual during the competition period shall not be permitted. Access to the competition area shall be restricted exclusively to registered participants. If any unauthorized individual attempts to enter the competition area on behalf of a team, attempts to communicate with a participating team, or if a team is found touching another team’s materials, attempting to operate another team’s robot, or interfering with another team’s work in any manner, the team involved shall be immediately disqualified from the competition.]

  • ঢ) প্রতিযোগিতাস্থলে মোবাইল বা ইলেকট্রনিকস ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করলে তা অবশ্যই এয়ারপ্লেন (Airplane) মুডে রেখে ব্যবহার করতে হবে পুরো সময়। কোন ইলেকট্রনিকস ডিভাইসে সিমকার্ড থাকতে পারবে না। নিজের ইলেক্ট্রনিক ডিভাইসে সিমকার্ড নেই সেটি প্রথমেই প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। যদি এই নিয়মগুলো যথাযথভাবে কোন দল অনুসরণ না করে, সেই দলটি প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (Disqualified) হয়ে যাবে। মোবাইলে যেকোনো এআই জেনারেটিভ সফটওয়্যার (যেমন চ্যাটজিপিটি) থাকলে বাসা থেকে তা অবশ্যই আনইন্সটল করে আসতে হবে। মোবাইলে এমন কোন এপ রাখা যাবে না যেখানে তথ্য বা কোন এপলিকেশন লুকিয়ে রাখা যায়। সামাজিক যোগাযোগের যেকোনো এপ (যেমন মেসেঞ্জার, ফেসবুক, ইন্সটাগ্রাম, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ ইত্যাদি) আনইন্সটল করে রাখতে হবে। মোবাইল ব্যবহার করে শুধুমাত্র রোবটকে ম্যানুয়ালি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার অনুমতি পাওয়া যাবে। এক্ষেত্রেও অবশ্যই ব্যবহার করার আগে প্রতিবার অনুমতি গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
    [n) If mobile phones or any electronic devices are used at the competition venue, such devices must remain in Airplane Mode at all times throughout the competition. No electronic device brought to the venue may contain an active SIM card. At the beginning of the competition, participants must demonstrate and verify that no SIM card is installed in their electronic devices. Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in immediate disqualification from the competition. Any generative Artificial Intelligence software installed on mobile devices, including but not limited to applications such as ChatGPT, must be uninstalled before arriving at the venue. Participants are also prohibited from keeping any application on their mobile devices that allows information, files, applications, or system activities to be hidden from inspection. All social communication applications, including but not limited to Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, must be completely uninstalled prior to the competition. Mobile devices may only be used for the purpose of manually controlling the robot. In such cases, permission must be obtained from the organizing authority each time before the device is used.]

  • ণ) কোনরকম সার্কিট ডায়াগ্রাম, ম্যানুয়াল, নির্দেশিকা, পূর্বের তৈরি করা কোড, কোন খাতা বা এমন কিছু আনা যাবে না যা অনুসরণ করে রোবট তৈরি করতে, রোবটের প্রোগ্রামিং করতে ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন কাজে সহযোগিতা হবে। কোন দল এই নিয়ম অনুসরণ না করলে প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড (Disqualified) হয়ে যাবে।
    [o) Participants are strictly prohibited from bringing any circuit diagrams, technical manuals, written instructions, previously prepared code, notebooks, documents, or any other material that may assist in robot construction, programming, troubleshooting, or any other competition related activity. No materials, references, or resources may be brought to the venue if they can provide guidance or support in building the robot, writing the program, or solving technical challenges during the competition. If any participating team is found violating this rule, the team shall be immediately disqualified from the competition.]

  • ত) আয়োজকদের সাথে সহযোগিতামূলক আচরণ করতে হবে ও সকল নিয়ম যথাযথভাবে পালন করতে হবে।
    [p) All participants are expected to maintain cooperative and respectful conduct with the organizing authority at all times and must comply fully with all competition rules, instructions, and procedures.]

অপ্রত্যাশিত মিশন (Unexpected Mission)

  • ক) প্রতিযোগিতার সময় ভেন্যুতে একটি নির্দিষ্ট ফিল্ড থাকবে। ফিল্ডের সাইজ পূর্বনির্ধারিত নয়। ফিল্ডে বিভিন্ন স্থানে নানারকম আকারের, রংয়ের অবজেক্ট ও উপকরণ থাকতে পারে। কতগুলো অবজেক্ট থাকবে ও তাদের বৈশিষ্ট্য কেমন হবে সবই তাৎক্ষনিক ভেন্যুতে জানা যাবে। ভেন্যুতে প্রতিযোগিতা শুরুর সময় একটি মিশন ম্যাপ প্রদান করা হবে। এই মিশন ম্যাপে পুরো ফিল্ডের ছবি, বিবরণ, ফিল্ডে রোবটকে কি কি করতে হবে ও কোন টাস্ক কমপ্লিট করার জন্য কেমন নম্বর পাওয়া যাবে তার বিবরণ থাকবে। (উদাহরণস্বরূপ- বলা হল একটি নির্দিষ্ট টার্গেট অবজেক্ট, যার ওজন ৫০০ গ্রাম এবং অবজেক্টটিকে ১ মিটার লম্বা একটি দেয়ালের পিছনে ছুড়ে ফেলতে হবে।)পাশাপাশি রোবট তৈরির ক্ষেত্রে কোন উপকরণ ব্যবহারের রেসট্রিকশন থাকলে সেটিও মিশন ম্যাপে উল্লেখ করা থাকবে যা অবশ্যই মেনে রোবট তৈরি করতে হবে। (উদাহরণস্বরূপ- বলা হল ডিসি মোটর সর্বোচ্চ ৪ টি ব্যবহার করা যাবে এবং কোন ক্যামেরা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না রোবটে।) এছাড়াও কোন ভুল কাজ রোবট করলে যদি পেনাল্টি থাকে সেই পেনাল্টির ব্যাপারেও মিশন ম্যাপে বলা থাকবে। (উদাহরণস্বরূপ - রোবটকে অতিদ্রুত ৩ টি ধাতব বল পানিতে ছুড়ে মারতে হবে, এরমধ্যে একটি বলও রোবট মিস করলে ১ মিনিট পেনাল্টি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।)
    [a) During the competition, a designated mission field will be provided at the venue. The size and layout of the field shall not be predetermined. The field may contain various objects, materials, and obstacles of different shapes, colors, and characteristics. The number of objects present and their specific properties will only be disclosed at the venue during the competition. At the beginning of the competition, participants will be provided with a Mission Map. This Mission Map will include a complete visual representation of the field, detailed field descriptions, the tasks the robot is required to perform, and the scoring criteria associated with completing each task. For example, participants may be instructed to identify a specific target object weighing 500 grams and throw or transport that object behind a wall measuring 1 meter in height. If any restrictions are imposed regarding the use of specific components while building the robot, such restrictions will also be clearly mentioned in the Mission Map and must be strictly followed. For example, the Mission Map may specify that a maximum of 4 DC motors may be used, or that camera based systems are prohibited for that mission. In addition, if any incorrect action performed by the robot results in penalties, the penalty conditions will also be specified in the Mission Map. For example, participants may be required to throw 3 metal balls into water as quickly as possible, and if the robot fails to successfully throw even one ball, a 1 minute penalty may be applied. All mission requirements, restrictions, scoring conditions, and penalty conditions mentioned in the Mission Map shall be considered mandatory and must be strictly followed throughout the competition.]

  • খ) স্কোরিং হিসাব করার ক্ষেত্রে পরিমাপ করা যায় এমন কোন এক বা একাধিক রাশি বিবেচনা করা হবে। যেমন - সময়, অতিক্রান্ত মোট দূরত্ব, সফলভাবে অবজেক্ট নিয়ে টাস্ক সম্পন্ন করার সংখ্যা ইত্যাদি। এছাড়া রেফারি চাইলে তাৎক্ষনিক আরও রেসট্রিকশন ও নিয়ম ঘোষণা করতে পারবেন।
    [b) For score calculation, one or more measurable performance parameters shall be taken into consideration. These may include, but are not limited to, completion time, total distance traveled, the number of tasks successfully completed using designated objects, or other quantifiable performance indicators. In addition, the referee reserves the authority to announce further restrictions, additional conditions, or supplementary rules instantly during the competition if deemed necessary.]

  • গ) প্রতিযোগীরা চাইলে রোবটের সাথে নন-রোবটিক উপকরণ যুক্ত করতে পারবে। যেমন - কাগজের টুকরা, কাঠি, চপসটিক, পেপারক্লিপ, হেয়ারপিন, টেপ, কলম, রাবার ব্যান্ড ইত্যাদি। তবে এগুলো অবশ্যই রেফারিকে জানিয়ে নিতে হবে। নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে রেফারি চাইলে এমন কিছু উপকরণের ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ ঘোষণা করতে পারবেন সকল প্রতিযোগী দলের জন্য।
    [c) Participants may attach non robotic materials or auxiliary components to their robots if necessary. Examples include paper pieces, wooden sticks, chopsticks, paper clips, hairpins, adhesive tape, pens, rubber bands, and other similar materials. However, the use of any such materials must be declared to and approved by the referee before use. In the interest of safety and fair competition, the referee reserves the right to prohibit the use of any material or auxiliary component and may enforce such restrictions on all participating teams if deemed necessary.]

ফিল্ডে মিশন সম্পন্ন করা (Mission Execution on the Field)

  • ক) যদি কোন প্রতিযোগী দল নির্ধারিত সময় শেষ হবার আগেই মিশন সম্পন্ন করে ফেলে, তাহলে মিশনে প্রাপ্ত স্কোর আর মোট অতিক্রান্ত সময়ের হিসাব রাখা হবে। আর কোন দল নির্ধারিত সময়ে মিশন সম্পন্ন করতে ব্যর্থ হলে সময় শেষ হবার পর তাদের মিশনে প্রাপ্ত স্কোর হিসাব করা হবে। যেই দল সময় শেষ হবার আগে মিশন সম্পন্ন করে ফেলবে তারা অবশ্যই অন দলের থেকে এগিয়ে থাকবে।
    a) If a participating team successfully completes the assigned mission before the allocated time limit expires, both the score achieved in the mission and the total completion time shall be recorded for evaluation. If a team fails to complete the mission within the allocated time limit, only the score achieved up to the end of the allowed time shall be considered for evaluation. Teams that successfully complete the mission before the expiration of the allocated time shall always be ranked higher than teams that fail to complete the mission within the specified time period.

  • খ) রোবটের কর্মকাণ্ডগুলো নিম্নভাবে বিবেচিত হবে-
    b) The actions and performance of the robot during mission execution shall be evaluated and interpreted according to the following criteria-


    ১। ফিল্ডে রোবট হঠাৎ থেমে গেলে রেফারি ১০ পর্যন্ত গণনা করবেন। এরপরও রোবট আবার চলা শুরু না করলে 'রোবট স্টপ' হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে ও কতটুকু মিশন স্কোর করেছে সেটি শুধু লিপিবদ্ধ করা হবে।
    [1. If the robot suddenly stops while operating on the competition field, the referee shall count up to 10 . If the robot fails to resume operation within this period, it shall be considered a Robot Stop, and only the mission score achieved up to that point shall be officially recorded.]

    ২। রোবট একই স্থানে বারবার ঘুরতে থাকলে, একটি নির্দিষ্ট পয়েন্টের পর আর কোন নতুন টাস্ক সম্পন্ন না করলে এবং ফিল্ডের বাইরে চলে গেলে রেফারি ১০ পর্যন্ত গণনা করে টেকনিক্যাল নকআউট ঘোষণা করতে পারবেন ও এক্ষেত্রেও রোবট স্টপ এর বৈশিষ্ট্য বিবেচিত হবে।
    [2. If the robot continuously rotates at the same position, fails to complete any new task beyond a certain point, or moves outside the designated competition field, the referee may count up to 10 and declare a Technical Knockout. In such cases, the same conditions applicable to a Robot Stop shall be applied, and only the score achieved up to that point shall be considered for evaluation.]

    ৩। বিচারকের সামনে ফিল্ডে রোবট চলার সময় প্রতিযোগী দল রোবট স্পর্শ করলে দলটি ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড হয়ে যাবে। মিশনের নির্ধারিত সময় শেষ হয়ে যাবার পর বা রোবট স্টপ এর মত মুহূর্ত ঘোষণা হলে রোবট স্পর্শ করে নিজের আসনে ফেরত যাওয়া যাবে।
    [3. If any member of a participating team touches the robot while it is operating on the competition field in front of the judges, the team shall be immediately disqualified from the competition. Participants may only touch or retrieve the robot after the allocated mission time has expired or after the referee has officially declared a Robot Stop or a similar termination condition. At that point, the team may collect the robot and return to their designated position.]

    ৪। সার্বিকভাবে যেকোনো উদ্ভুত পরিস্থিতিতে রেফারি ও বিচারকদের সিধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
    In general, under any unforeseen circumstances or situations arising during the competition, the decisions made by the referees and judges shall be considered final and binding.
